Verba is a language learning application that helps you practice speaking Spanish, French, Italian, and English through interactive lessons, real-time pronunciation feedback, and conversation practice.You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement.2. Account
You may need to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.3. Subscriptions and Payments
Verba offers a free tier with limited daily practice time (3 minutes of speaking practice per day). Additional features are available through a Verba Pro subscription.4. Verba Pro Auto-Renewable Subscription
Verba Pro is offered as an auto-renewable subscription with the following terms:Subscription Options: Weekly, Monthly, 2-Month, 3-Month, 6-Month, Annual, and Lifetime plans are available. Prices are displayed in the App at the time of purchase.
Payment: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Auto-Renewal: Your subscription automatically renews unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.
Managing Subscriptions: You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time by going to your App Store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Free Trials: If a free trial is offered, the unused portion of the trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
5. Microphone Usage
The App requires access to your device's microphone to provide pronunciation feedback during speaking practice. Microphone access is only activated when you explicitly initiate a speaking exercise by pressing and holding the speak button. Audio is processed for pronunciation analysis and is not permanently stored.6. Intellectual Property
All content in the App, including lessons, text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Verba or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the App's content.7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:Use the App for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
Share your account credentials with others
Use automated systems to access the App
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your specific learning goals.9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.10. Changes to Terms
